So Ryan had badgered me to post so I have. Honestly I’m not sure to write here. Ryan’s got his site updates and his drawing updates. I fear telling you guys about the writing because all I would have to say is almost done, or something cheesy that’s vauge. So now that I’ve had time to think about it and I think I’m going to use the space for a gaming /movie review. ((Hell I’ve done it with Hulk and Iron Man)) So now with something to write about perhaps I’ll be less lax on writing in this thing.

So we are actually ahead for once here at OTM. We are a few scripts ahead (and almost over with this “tape” business”), the roughdrafts of the sketches are done, and the next comic is started already. Thank goodness lol

So I’ve been taking a little break from doing the comic lately. I’ve been working on a new banner for the next con season and I’ve been doing some work for a few clients. I’m gonna have the next comic up tomorrow night, and then it’s back to the usual updates.

I’ts my birthday! Well…it was, the 15th, but the celebration is Saturday the 16th. Happy Birthday to me!!

So, on average, OTM gets about 15 hits per day. I figure, it’s about time something new came up (other than just the comics). I have some little things in the works here. Things for the site and things for any readers out there. I’m also going to collaborate with Colton bout a special side project that was kinda brought up, even though this idea was never used for anything previously. Never used it as a print cause it had nothing to do with OTM really. Well, not yet anyway.

I’m also working on some promo gear for the next Con I attend. New banner will be printed (old banner will either be a personal poster or as table decor at cons), gotta reprint the OTM cards cause most are gone after ACEN and I also need to add Colton on there. New t-shirt designs are in the process of being made, but right now I’m adamant on making one special one. That will be revealed tonight.

So I finally got comic #028 up. That is a slight accomplishment for me in the fact that previous OTM’s have never gone past comic number 7 or something like that.

On the other hand, I’m sorry I have completely botched this comic. It’s not fair to you guys and it’s not fair to Colton that I sometimes have to change things in the script to make it work while I’m drawing it. Although, it also shows that I’m still learning how to make things work and try things out lol

I’ve also noticed something interesting. On days when I don’t have an update, the hits for the site kinda piddle around, nothing major. Days I update there is a huge spike! So this either means people are actually reading this thing and know when I update now, or people are actually using the RSS feature (which needs to be fixed btw). Monday’s comic is coming soon, just waiting on Colt’s script and we are good

Ya, power flashed while I was coloring this comic, so you are stuck with the B&W copy till later tonight lol. Anyway, last week I was bored and did one of these meme things where you compare yourself to a “you” at a previous time. Here is mine.

Ok, so from now on, OTM will update twice a week as originally intended. Colton and I discussed a Monday/Thursday update will work the best, so I’m holding on to this comic’s script and we will either start the new updates this Thursday or next Monday.

I started looking at the numbers and hits for the sites recently and the more I look, the more I want those numbers to grow. Updating once a week will not do anything for the comic. If I were to take a week off and need to miss an update, wouldn’t it seem like forever till the next comic cause you would have to wait another week? I’m not the best when it comes to keeping schedules, but I am determined. So keep reading, keep watching. Things are startin to pick up!
